At NNIT, we are committed to help you reap your full potential. No matter what opportunities you are looking to realize, our role is to help you foster innovation and make the mark you and we aspire to. Your personal development is in focus. This doesn’t just benefit you; it continues the development of our company, too.

Our Annual Performance Improvement System (APIS) aids employee development. It’s the tool used at NNIT to describe your personal and professional development and evaluate your current competency level. Together with your manager, you put your ambitions into words and make a plan for your short and long-term development.


Development and job rotation
Talented and at the forefront. That’s the way it has to be, and it’s why we offer a wide range of training courses and certifications in addition to job rotation – it could be in areas like consulting, DevOps, Cloud, CyberSecurity, Microsoft, and SAP, as well as project management, for example PRINCE2.


Graduates

We have long tradition of hiring and developing young talents. This is something we take great pride in and have successfully strengthened over the years.

We have created several graduate programs designed to match your ambitions and interests with NNIT's key areas.

The NNIT Graduate Program primarily caters for recently graduated talented people with only a few years of job experience at the most. The Program gives the opportunity to discover different job possibilities within the organization through three job rotations of 6 months each. During the 18 months it is the idea to give graduates the experiences and qualifications to establish a future career within the organization. The NNIT Graduate Program in Denmark also attracts candidates outside Denmark with an international background. NNIT China also has a Graduate Program which involves close collaboration with universities in Tianjin. Recruitment for the two Graduate Programs is being managed separately in the countries.

 

Young Professionals Community

Students, graduates, interns, juniors and associates working in NNIT come together in a community called NNIT's Young Professionals Community. 

It is a network for NNIT colleagues at the beginning of their careers, and its purpose is to build bridges, share knowledge, and create relations. It brings NNIT'ers together across departments and hierarchy, inviting insightful dialogue and living the NNIT value of being open and honest

Inspirational events is hosted monthly and we meet socially in several settings both at the office and outside - or virtually to network internationally with the whole NNIT.

    Young talents have a great opportunity of flexibility and freedom, with responsibility, in NNIT - and can indeed work remotely.
