We are currently looking for Graduates to join our Lundbeck Graduate Program starting September 1st 2021. We are offering nine graduate tracks covering the value chain from Product Development & Supply to Corporate functions, Commercial Operations and Business Development & Strategy.
We have developed a two-year program so that you, as a young professional, can kick-start your career, while contributing to making a difference for people living with brain diseases.
We offer you the support you need in the transition from being a student to becoming a young professional, navigating in a global and collaborative workplace.
As part of your graduate journey in Lundbeck, you will be exposed to various parts of the business and encounter many exciting challenges across countries and the company.
You will grow your Lundbeck network from day one and participate in a wide range of development activities on your own, as well as with other graduates. The program is designed to accelerate your development and give the right sparring, making sure that you are on track to unfold your potential.

Sign up for this event to virtually meet and interact with our Graduate Managers who will introduce their specific track, as well as answering all your question.
The event opens at 15.00 on February 8th where you will be welcomed by our People and Communication Executive Vice President, Elise Hauge. This will be followed by presentations from each of the tracks by the Graduate Managers who will also be ready to answer all your questions.
Lastly, the Graduate Program Lead will sum up the event and provide a short presentation about the next steps in the recruitment process.
