Description£20,424.88 for 1404.20 hours per annum (inclusive of 14% holiday entitlement).
Over 39 weeks per year commencing April 2020. This is an annualised contract. Hours will be worked through the months of March - November. Pay will be spread over the twelve month period.
The contract is fixed term for 24 months with potential to extend.
This job will involve working at all of Surrey's outdoor learning centres with Thames Young Mariners, Riverside Drive, Ham, Richmond, Surrey. TW10 7RX as the primary centre.

About the roleWe are offering the opportunity for an individual to develop and grow at Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development. This exciting role ensures high quality outdoor learning facilitation delivering a wide range of activities and programmes influencing and ensuring high quality programmes are delivered to meet the customers needs.
This role will take on the daily supervision of staff and will influence the quality of delivery and help fulfil the business potential.
You will be playing a key role supporting the senior worker in managing the day to day operations of the centre and supervising a small team of staff and resources.
Applicants must hold a British Canoeing L2 Coaching in Paddlesport or equivalent
In addition to this, the following qualification's would also be advantageous:
- RYA Dinghy Instructor
- RYA Powerboat L2 / Instructor
- Forest School / Bushcraft Qualifications
- SPA / CWA / ERCA Instructor
- Mountain Leader / Lowland Leader
