What are we looking for?
Due to continuous growth within our monitoring business, we are now looking to recruit a number of Part Time Customer Service Agents, to assist with the monitoring and response to CCTV and intruder alarms, based at our newly refurbished Nottingham Security Monitoring Centre.
There are various shift patterns available - we are looking for candidates interested in either:
  • Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday days, between 07:00 and 19:00 totalling an average of 20 hours a week)
  • Evening shifts (Monday to Friday 4 hours per night, between the hours 5pm and 1am

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
  • Respond to and process CCTV and alarm activations, speedily and accurately
  • Inform the relevant Emergency Authorities and Customers
  • Handle internal/ external customer related enquiries and deliver high levels of customer service at all times


Required ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will: • Have previous customer service experience, ideally telephone based • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Be able to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team in a customer service environment
