About the jobIn this role, you will be our teams guiding star in Test Automation with focus on driving the test automation agenda as well as testing development related activities. You will also assist in driving the Tribe’s change agenda within the testing area and help with test related questions that might arise.
In practice this means that you will
- Drive the test automation agenda withing the Sub Custody Tribe
- Cooperate with scrum teams and test automation team
- Cooperate with POs, team managers, process experts, scrum masters in the thrive for continuous improvement in the testing field
- Participate in coordination and execution of system test
- Implementing new tools and ways of working
- Assist in System Integration Test and Acceptance Test
You will have your team belonging within the Technology Sub Custody (Finess Systems Management) team. The position is located in Stockholm, Arenastaden, and you will work with development teams in Stockholm as well as Sub Custody Operations in Riga.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we find it important that you have good experience from test automation in previous assignments, good technical knowledge and are used to working with test automation tools, e.g. UFT. You enjoy working with new technologies, encourage and drive change and continuous improvement in teamwork, tools and the processes you will be using. Having a proactive mindset and being a team player is crucial in this role. Experiences from working in agile teams and an agile set-up as well as knowledge about Sub Custody flows and processes are meritorious. You are fluent in English.
