As Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Senior Specialist you’ll ensure that client orders are taken in, processed and carried out with precision to make sure the client receives their products on time, while also act as a customer service representative and aftersales specialist, being the single point of contact for the clients.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Establish the optimal production volume based on

demand, analyzing Rough cut capacity, resource
planning and detailed equipment planning.
  • Create Supply Plans at site level which incorporate

Production plan and Logistic plan & ensure that the
production plans are accurately reflected in 3Agest
System.
  • Manage the productions and shipments ensuring

that product is produced, shipped & released on
time comply to DGR and IATA rules
  • Enables high “Service-to-Patient” ensuring up to

date information with customers regarding delivery
commitment
  • Ensure direct communication with Customer Service

/ next point of supply chain, plant internal and -
external stakeholders & partners with regard to
internal changes.
  • Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time

delivery dates & escalating changes related to
supply.
  • Optimize local planning processes such as excess

doses, throughput time and waiting times of sources
Own and manage the planning parameters in
planning system
  • Lead action plans to achieve supply performance

target and drive for Continuous Improvement,
managing supply KPI reporting and analysis and
providing detail plans for the Supply Review
Meeting.
  • Actively supports the global S&OP process.
  • Responsible for organizing and follow up of logistic

flows (including labelling) of final products to
customer (freight out)

Minimum Requirements

Education:

High school graduation or bachelor’s degree

Languages:

Fluent Spanish and English both verbal and written

Experience:

  • 2 Years+ in a similar role.
  • People skills and team working
  • Open and clear collaboration and communication to

make sure the daily operation runs smoothly
  • Exploitation of new technology and techniques to

increase productivity
  • Ability to improve productivity / performance through

new processes
  • A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
