Are you interested in joining us as an Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) in Marketing & Sales Strategies (M&S)? Our M&S team supports in market research, segmenting and portfolio analysis and develops, optimizes, and implements strategies, as well as go-to-market strategies.  

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a member of a consulting project team on strategy, portfolio, process or organizational topics
• Develop proposals for change together with the client and based on solid analysis through workshops, interviews and desktop research
• Manage subprojects together with client teams
• Implement developed concepts together with project team
• Drive and implement change for improving everyday work

 WHO YOU ARE

• Graduated with distinction from university (master) in natural science, engineering, economics, psychology or related field
• First experience in management consulting and/or corporate experience related to life science industry
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to deal with senior client management
• Empathic communication and the ability to drive implementation
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (taking pandemic status into account) 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German or further languages are of advantage
