You will be part of the HR team working in Termas headquarter in Lystrup.
We are looking for two passionate and committed interns that can contribute with new perspectives on respectively our Learning & Development and Employer Branding areas and help with the day to day tasks. You will be assigned to work within one of these areas, working closely with the HR Partner in charge of the respective area.
To ensure alignment between Terma’s overall HR strategy and each HR focus area, the team in the HR Department work closely together. Your tasks will therefore sometimes be linked to other areas within the department, which means you will have the opportunity to gain insight into other areas of HR as well. Both internships will preferably start in primo February. Minimum length is 4 months and working hours are between 30-37 hours pr. Week.
Responsibilities will vary according to the specific area. Within Learning & Development the tasks could be related to our employee survey, newsletter, onboarding and Terma Academy. For Employer Branding the tasks will be related to taking the brand to the next level by e.g. developing our Employer Branding intranet page, Social Media strategy, participating at events and finding new possibilities for promoting our brand to both students and professionals.
Your professional qualifications
This internship is for master students but we are open to candidates from different master programmes, as long as you have a passion and interest for working professionally with HR. However, we do require that you are fluent in written and spoken English, have an analytical mindset, master excel and possess good presentations skills.
