Purpose and objectivesThe SAP CX Customer Success & Renewals organization (CS&R) is responsible for driving a world class customer engagement with the customers of SAP’s Customer Experience Line of Business (CX LoB), from customer onboarding to contract renewal.
Role activities – This position will support the Business Operations Lead for the Customer Experience LoB of SAP and the Customer Success and Renewals teams in APJ. This team is responsible for driving process and programs to enable business performance. Role accountabilities will include reporting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, support of process implementation (tracking and analysis) and the deployment of internal systems. This role will receive strong exposure to the business and be working with a collaborate and engaging Manager.
Student competency – Comfortable with harnessing and interpreting data, commercial acumen, willingness to learn and make suggestions/recommendations, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience using tools to complete data analysis, exposure to process design/implementation ideal.
Position term – 6 months full-time with the possibility to extend.
Ideal commencement timing – Oct 2018 or Jan 2019
Study background – Business Analytics is ideal (if Masters, undergrad in something technical with a commercially focused Masters would be suitable)
