Objective of the Position
Support the Manager in developing S&M short-term & long-term business strategies across all divisions (incl. regional strategies) and coordinating internal and cross function communication. Facilitate company& department business meetings and projects. Analyze, prioritize and enhance project development & implementation within S&M. Support on S&M internal activities.

COO Communication Strategy
  • New Product launch
  • Media interview and official talk
  • Dealer Conference speech
  • Internal meeting/conference speech
  • Speech for external events

Business Reports for Various Meetings and Projects:
  • Annual BMBS National Dealer Conference (S&M)
  • Annual BMBS Town Hall (S&M) & bi-Annual S&M Town Hall meetings
  • Monthly ExCom Meetings
  • Strategic Dealer meetings & Regional dealer conferences
  • Monthly 1st line Meetings
  • Monthly S&M 1st line meetings
  • Annual S&M strategic workshop
  • Regular Business presentations preparation
  • Executive Speeches Preparation

Business & Project Management
  • Steering and coordinating various strategic projects implementation & development within department or cross departments

S&M administration coordination
  • Central S&M administration coordination
  • Regional offices administration coordination


Economics/Commerce (with marketing or business management focus) degree from well-known university, postgraduate preferred, supplementary professional experiences.
Management and methodologies skills are plus.
Min. 1 year working experience in business management, sales & marketing related fields
Specific Knowledge
Fluent (spoken/written) English and Mandarin;
Very good MS office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Good analyzing and structuring as well as presentation skills.
Fascination about automotive business, well-known the market trends and economic trends in general;
Strong and mature personality;
Self-motivated, multi-task ability, team spirits, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility.
