About The Role

Reporting to the BWS eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Coordinator is charged with merchandising the website and app through product enrichment and onsite content (banners, cards, etc) and maintaining the value layer of the BWS promotional calendar.
This person needs to work collaboratively and be creative in the execution of the code - solving problems that may not be present in the design or brief and ensuring the utmost attention to detail is applied. You will need to manage your time across a range of project timelines as well as have flexibility to troubleshoot and react quickly when necessary.
The eCommerce Coordinator will have ownership of maintaining our product catalogue. This will involve the day to day task of product enrichment as well as increased activity aligned with marketing and merchandising campaigns & range reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup of value mechanic promotional activity; Super Savers, Bundles, G.I.F.T, Exclusive Member Pricing, etc
  • Manage weekly value onsite content from design briefing to onsite scheduling and publication
  • Collaboration with Woolworths Rewards ensuring accurate promotional representation onsite
  • QA promotion testing
  • QA content testing and optimisation
  • Communication of onsite execution to relevant stakeholders
  • Support the eCommerce team in ensuring onsite merchandising is optimised for engagement and conversion
  • Keep up to date with competitor and industry activity with trends in advertising, e-commerce, Liquor, and SEO

About You

You will have 1+ years previous experience working in an eCommerce environment, driving and delivering digital activity to impact key eCommerce metrics, preferably in retail. You will be driven to learn and grow alongside the development of the website, sharing ideas and innovation to stretch yourself and the BWS digital portfolio. You will have strong stakeholder management with a willingness and ability to collaborate across BWS to deliver business outcomes. You will be able to demonstrate tangible results of data driven marketing campaigns you have executed end-to-end, with the ability to implement strategy into action.
