The position of Internal Sales for the Healthcare segment provides a great opportunity to be part of a fast paced and extremely innovative environment. It also gives you the chance to join a successful, young and innovative Team.
You will work together with the Healthcare Team to identify new Opportunities and relevant trends within the Healthcare segment. By analysing the healthcare segment and its relevant contributors, you will gain a deep understanding of the needs, trends, chances, opportunities and challenges within this market segment.
Working with these findings, facts and figures, you and the Healthcare Team will design and position fitting solutions, helping customers to realize their visions and goals.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes you will work towards completing?
In the first phase you will be introduced to the specifics of the Healthcare market and to our solutions. Also, you will be looking into the details of the various Healthcare subsegments.
Based on these fundamentals you will start researching current needs and initiatives within the Healthcare Market. You will be identifying relevant healthcare networks, potential hidden influencer and upcoming trends. Based on these findings, it will be your job to match this information with our solutions and to define a way forward to position those.
The expectation is, that those tasks are driven by yourself with passion and enthusiasm, while you can always rely on the full support from the complete Healthcare team.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
The relevant role is defined as a sales role, within a complex and very fast moving vertical. It is best described as a mixture of:
- Understanding the Healthcare market
- Crafting and defining matching solutions to fit the market
- Selling this vision to customers
You will be given the chance to dig into the details of the German Healthcare market, understanding its specialities and using this knowledge to craft solutions and define a way to sell those to customers, helping them to become futureproof, secure and efficient.
Based on this you will be an essential contributor within our Healthcare team.
What is the Leadership like for this Role? What is the Structure and Culture of the Team Like?
Bjoern Stengel is the Manager for the German Healthcare Team. He will ensure that you are successful in this role and will, together with the Healthcare Team, offer continued guidance and support.
Within this role you will work together with the complete extended Healthcare Team, including all available Business Units, being able to cover all relevant areas and subsegments.
Where is this Role Located?
The location of this role is flexible within Germany. Our German Office is based in Munich, but work can and will also be done remotely from any other location within Germany.
