The University of Oxford moved forward with a unique virtual career fair portal and series of events in the Fall of 2020. A total of 7 virtual career fairs were scheduled on the Online Career Events platform. Each virtual event was aimed at helping students from different faculties and schools of the University of Oxford connect with potential employers.

The University of Oxford was looking for a user-friendly platform that could accommodate several events in a short period of time. The Online Career Events and Graduateland team onboarded faculty members and provided assistance whenever necessary.

The University of Oxford is the oldest university in the English-speaking world, and the University ranked number one in World University Rankings 2021.

The University of Edinburgh

With only three weeks until their event date, the University of Edinburgh needed a virtual career fair portal that could be up-and-running in a short time without compromising the quality of the onboarding, the portal, or its functionalities.

Our team was able to swiftly set the virtual career fair portal live, giving students and exhibitors plenty of time to register and prepare for the virtual career fair. The digital event came together - successfully connecting students with potential employers.

King’s College London

King's College London was searching for an alternative to their physical career and job fairs due to social distancing restrictions. Our team presented the virtual career fair platform and, upon seeing the flexibility and functionalities of the digital setting, they settled on a series of days-long virtual career fairs aimed at different faculties and majors.

A total of 4 different virtual career fairs spanning over the course of 7-14 days were hosted on the King’s College London platform throughout the Fall of 2020.

King’s College London is ranked the ninth-best university in Europe in 2021 whose students, since our foundation in 1829, have dedicated themselves to the service of society.

SDU Research & Innovation Organisation

SDU RIO (University of Southern Denmark, Research & Innovation Organisation) hosted their first virtual career fair already in 2019. Their past experiences with digitisation of the graduate recruitment process gave them confidence in the process and made them Nordic pioneers in virtual career fairs aimed at students

Graduateland and Online Career Events delivered a functional platform that users and exhibitors alike could access from anywhere with ease. SDU RIO has since hosted 3 events, and sees virtual career fair platforms as a choice for the future - also in combination with physical job fairs.

EIT InnoEnergy

Every year, InnoEnergy hosts several physical events aimed at master students and Ph.D. candidates. They were on the lookout for a quick but effective digital solution that did not compromise interaction.

Our team delivered a user-friendly platform with many functionalities that facilitate communication between users and exhibitors (including chats and webinar tools) and was happy to assist InnoEnergy wherever possible. The Chalmers University of Technology was looking for a digital solution that would facilitate and surpass interaction of in-person career fairs. Particularly the chat functionality was an important aspect of the Chalmers virtual career fair.

Our team delivered a virtual career fair platform packed with interaction options - and exhibitors and students were able to contact each other during the virtual career fair - through chat as well as video or phone conversations.
