About the roleBe part in the journey of taking Employer Branding, recruiting and on-boarding to the next level in If, where we strive to create a positive and inspiring candidate experience.
To further strengthen our efforts, we are recruiting 2 hourly workers to our Bergshamra office. You’ll contribute to a high-quality candidate experience by offering day-to-day support in candidate communication and recruitment administration. This will for example include working with search and screening of candidates, scheduling of interviews, reference checks and other tasks related to Talent Acquisition. You will also have a role in our Employer Branding actions by coordinating, arranging and taking part in student events, as well as creating and publishing Employer Branding content in different channels. We appreciate the insight and ideas you can bring us as, well as your contribution working with our routine related tasks.
You will be involved in recruitments to one of our main target groups; insurance- and claims advisors or IT specialists. If you have a preference, please specify in your application which target group you would prefer working with.
About the team
The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR. You will be part of a welcoming, talented and inclusive team who motivates each other in everyday work. The team consists of 12 Talent Acquisition Partners and 2 Talent Acquisition Coordinators, with the plan of growing even further.
Besides working with your TA-colleagues you will also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams, communication, marketing, and leaders in the business. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. In this role you will be an important business driver and you will continuously have opportunities to set your mark in the organization.
Who are you?
You have an ambition to learn more and work with employer branding and recruitment. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. For you, creating internal and external relations comes naturally – and you enjoy working in a structured way.
You also have:
- Experience and/or some education from the field of HR and/or communication and marketing
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
