Systems Administrator en CGI

Position Description:

We are seeking a candidate who brings an Information Technology Generalist set of skills to the team to administer and support both an on premise data center and AWS cloud environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
Administering and supporting Wintel Datacenter Environment
Provide general systems support
Backup and Recovery
Installation and upgrading new and existing hardware, firmware, and software
Network Administration and Security
Amazon Web Services
Researching and Implementing new services
Technical Documentation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

The candidate will be an effective problem solver and multitasker, as it’s not uncommon to wear multiple hats in one day. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in a Microsoft environment.
The candidate should be comfortable administering and troubleshooting basic network concepts such as VLANs, Firewalls, VPN, and DNS. Candidates with experience in server, network, and endpoint security are desirable. Skills with databases, VMware, and Citrix are a bonus.
The candidate will be a self-motivated individual, capable of independent work, but comfortable in a collaborative team setting.

Splunk, SCCM, MSSQL, MySQL, Citrix, VMware, Python/Powershell Scripting
