The Strategy Team for Personal Customers is looking for a strategy consultant. In this role you will be part of strategic initiatives stretching across all Nordic countries and you will primarily make deliveries and report findings aimed at the senior management of the bank’s Personal Customer segment. You will also review existing strategies, plans and activities, to ensure business relevance.
As a strategy consultant, you are expected to support and sometimes lead various strategic initiatives. We expect you to have excellent collaboration, relationship-building and communication skills. Even if most of the work is structured around teamwork you should have the ability to work independently and be keen on taking own initiatives. Furthermore, you will support the Head of Personal Customers Strategy in operating the strategic agenda and through this gain unique insights into the workings of both the strategic agenda of the segment as well as the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team.
You have a proven skill to support decision-making and create stakeholder buy-in by being a trusted advisor. You have experience in working with senior leadership, yet also have an ability to work effectively at all levels of large organisations and a talent to keep a holistic view and still have an eye for details.
Qualifications and RequirementsWe expect you to have experience from project management and the ability to participate in multiple parallel initiatives simultaneously, while managing deliverables and meeting deadlines. You also have the ability to create compelling presentations based on storyboarding methods as well as excellent data management and analytical skills. You are highly structured and have strong communication and interpersonal skills are important. Furthermore, we expect you to have a mind-set to drive change and bring a positive energy to a team with a can-do attitude. You are hardworking and a fast learner with a strong business acumen. Finally, you are comfortable working in an international environment. We also see that you have:
- A university degree - Master of Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience from management consulting, corporate strategy or similar with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and/or business transformation
- Experience from working in the financial industry is a merit
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Danish
