Logistic Coordinator UAE en ECCO Sko A/S

Your responsibilities as a Logistics Coordinator:
  • Work in cooperation with other functional support areas within ECCO (ECCO SKO, internal merchandising teams & commercial teams) to ensure relevant communication flows and the implementation of distribution plans are met.
  • Maintain shipment trackers & shipment files for smooth execution of orders by market
  • Coordinate warehousing, customs documentation, transportation activities with 3PL service providers in UAE, KSA, QAT & KWT
  • Verify documentation accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, in accordance with the INCOTERMS, import/export regulations and market specific instructions.
  • Ensure SABER registrations for KSA orders are available prior to releasing shipments into the market.
  • Prepare & monitor reports per season to ensure our orders for the region are delivered within ECCO’s requested delivery windows
  • Follow up reports on marketing styles compared to requested/ confirmed dates.
  • Support Commercial/Retail teams with reports/ answer on requests
  • Coordinate with Merchandisers & 3PL regarding new shipments, follow up on stock damage during transit, storage/excess claims to be prepared, and ensure stock is adequately binned & updated on SAP
  • Handling quality/transport claims by documenting and processing them with ECCO’s internal teams.
  • Order intake support with RDD, plant & pricing adjustments on orders
  • Performs other duties as assigned

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel a must (v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of international shipment terminology, INCOTERMS, export compliance, import/export requirements a must
  • Knowledge on KSA SABER process an advantage.
  • SAP experience is advantage
  • Problem-solving & critical thinking are crucial skills for this position
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Keen to learn and develop professionally
