The 2023 Ørsted Global Graduate Programme offers you a unique opportunity to progress your professional development rapidly when you’ve finalised your university degree.  

Come join us for this live session that’ll bring you up to scratch on all the details about the programme, answer your questions, and prepare you to apply.  

What to expect:  

Cathrine Rydal, Senior Project Lead in Employer Branding, will be your host and guide you through the session. 

You’ll get to know Ørsted as a company and Nicholas Creswell, Head of Global Talent, will tell you what it’s like working with us. 

You’ll be given an outline of the two-year Global Graduate Programme, how you know if our graduate programme is the right fit for you, and how to apply by Anne-Sophie Hebert, the Graduate Programme Manager. 

We’ll interview three colleagues who are already in the graduate programme about their experiences and learning curve. 

A round of questions and answers will tell you what you’re curious to know. 

The event lasts an hour and the chat will be open for another hour, with our HR consultants and current graduates answering all your questions.  


What you'll need to apply for the graduate programme:  

  • Graduation before 1 September 2023 with top credentials  
  • A maximum of 12 months full-time work experience after your most recent degree 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English  
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • International and collaborative mindset Open-minded with good listening skills 
  • Desire to make the most of the opportunities in the programme 
  • Innovative and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

This live session will take place on 10 January at 09:00-10:00 (GMT time zone)/10:00-11.00 (CET time zone)/17:00-18:00 (GMT+8 time zone).
