Then you may be the right person for the Risk team, where we develop and optimize the ability to integrate operational risk considerations in the decision-making and in the daily business operation for personal customers across the market areas.
The job You will be part of a dedicated team in a dynamic environment characterized by teamwork and good spirits. You will be the unit’s analytical centre of competence mastering many types of analytical tools and methods. You know how to find relevant data - and have the willingness to dig deep for the needed information.
As examples of your responsibilities, you will be:
- involved in our due diligence initiatives ensuring that we contact the right customers – for the right reasons
- the main responsible for running our mandatory training setup - the “License to Operate”
- maintaining and developing our data for Local Risk Managers
- creating ad hoc data extracts and analysis on customers, accounts, behaviour etc.
The candidate You are analytical and quality focused with a distinct sense of detail. You are able to transform analytical insight into clear-cut proposals for actions and you are able to drive analytical initiatives on your own. You thrive on generating quantitative analytical insights and take pride in challenging management with a data driven approach.
You have a relevant academic background, combined with a strong analytical toolbox; including statistics, mathematics, modelling and more. You have a proven expert level in analytical data tools (i.e. SAS, SQL) and are a wizard in Excel. In addition, you are willing to learn how to use future statistical tools.
You enjoy teamwork and want to participate both in the analytical work of supplying ad-hoc data foundation for decision-making and in the development towards new initiatives.
You are curious by nature and know how to gather and structure facts and data - and how to use this knowledge to make sound recommendations. You want to participate in capability building in the Risk area together with your dedicated colleagues. It is easy for you to communicate complex topics in a straightforward manner and you have strong English skills.
