The growing zulily recruiting team needs an additional Recruiting Coordinator! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage and maintain a hire calendar
  • Assist with preparing and posting jobs
  • Assist with scheduling interviews with candidates and job seekers
  • Greet candidates and manage day of interviews
  • Assist with screening resumes
  • Provide a high level of customer service in interviewing and advising applicants
  • Manage first day paperwork and benefits enrollment for new hires
  • Participate in onboarding of new hires
  • Help with developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external candidates and with professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and calendaring.
  • Energetic and excited to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • High sense of urgency to react to changing needs and events
  • Positive team player with a willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done
  • Technically proficient and a fast learner
  • Prefer 1 yrs of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Self-starter, ambitious in nature, detail oriented and eager to learn
