The Financial Services Credit Underwriter Specialist WS is responsible provide support into the evaluation of the financial condition and overall credit worthiness of more complex assigned CNH Industrial dealers, a specific CNH Industrial dealer country portfolio or new CNH Industrial dealer prospects in order to establish appropriate credit limits and collateral requirements that enable dealers to order and sell CNH Industrial Equipment
Support into analyzing financial statements through the Financial Review process of an assigned dealer network on a timely basis according to procedures
Prepare a Credit Approval Document (CAD) on larger dealer exposures with more complicated deal structures or a country dealer portfolio in order to support into recommendation/approval adequate credit lines, security structure or other risks and mitigants
Support into assignment and communication of the credit rating/credit limit/conditions to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
Review/require underlying loan/legal documentation and security filings/collateral on a regular basis to ensure that CNHI FS is adequately secured and in compliance with policy/procedures
Provide report in order to give direction to internal departments as well as external clients regarding questions for dealer financial statements/condition and rationale for assigned credit ratings
Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and other departments to manage the dealer relationship and credit needs
Serve as department resource for complex financial/loan structures
Provide report in order to facilitate a proper evaluation of new dealer application requests and ensuring that all loans granted are adequately documented and secured
Support into extensive financial analysis on new business applications including business planning skills, knowledge/review of pro-forma financial statements, evaluation of buy/sell agreements and business valuation methodologies
Comply with all Underwriting Policies and Procedures and corporate Delegation of Authority
Bachelor's degree required, accounting/finance or business preferred
MBA desired
Financial Analysis /credit analysis of at least 4-6 (6 for NA) years required
Experience with Work-Out accounts a plus
Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated solid financial analysis skills required as well as financial statement interpretations
Experience in credit/banking desired
Experience in the equipment financing industry is a plus
Ability to appropriately plan, organize, prioritize and manage work processes
Strong computer skills
Good understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to the lending function is a plus
English required plus another additional European language
Experience in the equipment financing industry
Experience with Work-Out accounts
