The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager (full time and part time opportunities available) you’ll be responsible for leading the day to day operations of the store. You will develop your team to deliver the ultimate drinks experience, that includes effective sales techniques, strong product knowledge and delivering events that are talked about. You’ll also be a brand advocate and change champion.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager you will:
  • Lead, train and develop a world class retail team who “deliver the ultimate drinks experience”
  • Drive customer and team engagement through discovery of product and tasting events in store
  • Monitor and forecast customer demands - through customer lead merchandising, researching competitor activity, market trends and building effective relationships with internal and external vendors
  • Inventory Management - ordering, receiving and processing loads, stock replenishment, gap scans, store presentations, displays, promotions, ticketing, shrinkage, and overstocks
  • Be an inspirational leader - by example, through enabling, empowering and being an advocate for your team
