Position Description:The main responsibility of the Norwegian HR Service Desk Analyst involves taking Level 1 Calls and providing Level 1 HR support to user inquiries received either via call, portal, or chat. Inquiries can be about, but are not limited to, time writing assistance, travel expense reimbursements, employee benefits, payroll, employee learning, and general PA (personnel administration) inquiries.
