Carrier Enterprise sells and distributes residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products. Carrier Enterprise Northeast currently has an opportunity for a Business Development Representative in West Caldwell, NJ location.

Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
Support all Commercial and Residential HVAC products including duct free splits and basic parts and supplies.
Create clear quotations and proposals based on the selections above.
Create accurate submittals based on the selections above.
Create complete packages so that the equipment can be ordered.
Answer phone inquiries by customers on selected equipment.
Follow critical orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.
Support the phone queue in the local market.
Focus on maintaining existing accounts and growing new accounts until they are large enough to be assigned to an outside sales representative.

Education and Experience:

College degree preferred but not required. The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team oriented. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and must possess excellent organizational skills. No overnight travel. No relocation is offered for this position.
