- At least 5 years relevant experience supporting Windows 2003/2008 /2012 technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of HP/ IBM/Dell system management tools, Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Clustering, TCP/IP networking concepts, and Terminal Server.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL-based processes/procedures (Incident & Change management), storage connectivity (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, etc.), and enterprise networking.
- Experience with BladeLogic or a similar automation framework is highly preferred.
