We are currently exploring the next stage of our future, so we are inviting applications for our progressive Global Engineering Graduate Development Programme.
About the Role
The Global Graduate Development Programme is a well-respected 2-year programme that involves 6 monthly placements in various areas of the business – including one placement overseas. We want to provide you with a broad array of experiences, and with plenty of interaction with colleagues, stakeholders and customers. With the flexibility to explore areas that interest you, you could therefore spend time with our product development, research, manufacturing, sales and IT colleagues.
Across each placement, we’ll encourage you to put your drive and ambition into practice, helping you gain an in-depth knowledge of both engineering and our wider business. Supported throughout every experience by knowledgeable managers, a senior mentor and our graduate alumni, you’ll quickly find your strengths – which will ultimately determine which area of the business you could seek a role in on completion of the programme.

You’ll also need a minimum 2:2 honours (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science Technology Engineering or Maths. You must also be eligible to live and work in the country you’re applying for without requiring sponsorship. Above all else, you’ll share our passion for creative engineering and technology.
