Job Summary:This is a pivotal role supporting the operational efficiency and high-performance culture of the Disney Publishing and GPM & Strategy teams in Singapore including planning, communicating and administering the business effectively.
- Effectively prepping and planning meetings, coordinating and reporting meeting outcomes and driving accountability to deliverables (due date management).
- Executive admin support – Executive Director’s diary and travel coordination, expense administration.
- Expense Administration – reconcile & manage expenses for Executive Directors. Purchasing as required, including maintaining p-card, submitting Purchase Orders, etc. Advise team on T&E, purchasing & accounting queries as needed.
- Event Management - Supporting relationship development, securing and coordinating Partner Events & Meetings and associated hospitality. Work in conjunction with Disney Events team to execute.
- Team & ED administration. Central file management and managing a weekly workflow. Supporting administration of wider as required.
- Special project development and coordination (e.g. roadshows, team offsites).
- Effectively manage communication flow across all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prepare & distribute partner communications (external) as required. • Ad hoc team administration support to the business (as required).
- Minimum 3 years’ admin support, ideally supporting senior management at APAC/ regional level
- Experience required in coordination, project management and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, & Keynote essential
- SAP knowledge advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills required.
- Marketing degree or Diploma advantageous (planning, financial & communication skills)
- 12 month Fixed Term Contract
