We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our small, friendly team of technical experts.
We maintain and update the IT systems used in the administration of Parking, Housing Benefit and Council Tax for both Richmond and Wandsworth Councils. This is a vital role to ensure both Council’s collect the funds needed to provide the highest quality services to our residents.
We need to provide the best possible service to both Council’s, therefore, if you see yourself as someone with the technical expertise, then you should apply for this exciting role.
You will need the skills to both maintain and update the IT systems as well as provide accurate management information data in a highly paced, changing environment. These systems and the management data are essential to the management of all three services in respect of both Councils.
You will also need to be able to supervise staff effectively to ensure work is completed to a constantly high standard and all targets are achieved.
To join our team, you will need an in-depth knowledge of providing system support in respect of the administration of either Parking, Housing Benefit or Council Tax.
You will also need to be an expert in the processes, procedures and statutory framework underpinning either Parking, Housing Benefit and Council Tax. Your expert knowledge is essential in carrying out extensive testing of new software releases and bug fixes across the systems we support.
You will need to have significant knowledge and experience of using MS Office packages such as Word and Excel to an advanced level.
