Digital services are becoming an increasingly important factor for GN in creating differentiating experiences that make life sound better for our customers and our colleagues. We offer you a unique opportunity to be part of shaping our digital solutions of tomorrow as an IT Graduate – the newest track in our GN Graduate Program.
As part of Group IT, you will join our IT professionals and work with state-of-the-art technology and concepts to support the business from an R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and sales perspective. You will work on one of our larger global projects to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the entire value chain. Doing so, you get to work hands-on with many different tasks and gain insights into project work and core business processes.
What does it take to become a GN Graduate?
You hold a master’s degree in a technical or business administration track with a strong interest in supply chain, finance or manufacturing. We expect you to have finalized your master’s degree up to a year before starting but no later than September 2020. Moreover, you:
- Have achieved excellent results which are shown in your grade point average
- Have relevant experience from previous student jobs, internships or similar
- Have an international mindset, and you can skillfully navigate in different cultural settings – that’s why you are fluent in English and possibly additional languages
- Are curious, energetic, positive and a self-driven team player
- Find it easy to develop and maintain good relations and possess strong collaborative skills
- Are ready to start September 2020
