About the role:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to become our partnerships manager. You’ll be solely responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing key partnerships within the industry which will help drive the companies key business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Work alongside the co-founders and marketing team to identify the correct industry partnerships
Build relationships with fellow changemakers within the industry
Lead on the production of partnership proposals and pitches - Creating virtuous loop partnership offerings
Negotiate and close strong commercial deals to set timelines
Devise and run promotional campaigns/competitions around each partnership
Feed ideas into the wider business strategy
Analyse the commercial potential of each partnership and how it impacts the wider partnership offering.
Maintain strong relationships with relevant third parties
Work with sales and marketing functions to analyse the impact and success of the partnerships over specific time periods
Nurture and develop the partnership deals you make and
Find ways to further improve and deliver greater value to both businesses in the partnership
Build the SupplyCompass community for both brands and manufacturers
Things we are looking for:
Experience establishing and developing productive relationships within the industry
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to quickly understand all aspects of the business product, and identify value propositions for potential partnerships
An individual with a strong personal network and connections with the fashion/retail/supplychain/sustainability space
Commercial acumen
Sound judgement and high emotional intelligence
Strong written, presentation and communication skills
Ambitious, positive and energetic
Highly organised and efficient working manner - with great attention to detail.
