We are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead our group of 6 Senior Danish and International Client Consultants at Graduateland. As Europe’s largest career platform for students and graduates, our goal is to connect Fortune 500 companies with the best and brightest talent of tomorrow. This team is responsible for advising and selling Graduateland solutions to our biggest clients in Denmark and Europe.


  • Achieve monthly & quarterly team targets
  • Manage & grow team of 6 FTEs
  • Advise & execute on 3 go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure effective sales pipeline & CRM management
  • Leverage B2B marketing leads to grow sales & ROI
  • Align closely with C-Level management team
  • Facilitate a fun, safe and inspiring work culture

  • Previous sales experience (individual contributor & people manager)
