What is the Engineering Leadership Development Program?
The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) positions you to be an integral part of the Siemens engineering team. Participants will have the opportunity to create new products, technologies, and applications, and drive the growth of Siemens through (4) six-month rotational assignments over the course of 2 years. Apply their expertise and knowledge to help drive the growth of Siemens as a full-stack engineer, back-end developer, front-end developer, project lead, or product marketing specialist.
This opportunity is a full-time position with benefits and is designed to help you foster a successful career path within Siemens.

To apply for the Engineering Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering Computer Science
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program
- Familiarity with Java, Python, Angular, Artificial Intelligence, iOS or Android development
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
