A Junior Executive position can lead to a permanent position in Strategic Planning or one of our Marketing departments depending on your desire and future aspirations. In the last three years, 90% of our Junior Executives have been promoted within their first year.
The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Strategic Planning & Insights team, performing a key role in drafting and guiding company strategy through an expert understanding of the market and the competitive environment. As a Junior Executive in Planning, you will take part in the marketing planning process for Nordics, monitor performance of marketing activities, forecast volume sales and share across categories and ensure that opportunities are being identified and addressed.
You’ll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing sales, market share, and market potential in the Nordics
- Delivering and Communicating share- and volume forecasts across categories
- Reviewing historical trends, demand drivers, insights and evaluate forecast results
- Provide input to our Brand and Trade teams on existing items and new products and evaluate performance
- Support business cases with excellent benchmarking
- Manage monthly planning cycles in close collaboration with Line Manager and colleagues

You finished your Master’s degree in 2018 or 2019 in Finance or Marketing. You have a strong interest in being part of an inspiring organization where you can develop personally.
Key skills needed in these roles:
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point user
- Proven track record of high performance and results
- You are consumer centric and have customer understanding
- Ability, tenacity and drive to navigate through ambiguity
- Outstanding collaborative skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
The position is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen right next to Vesterport Station.
