About the department

The Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs (CSCA) Bangalore unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within CSCA, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The CSCA Bangalore unit also supports Biopharm global marketing team for Hemophilia and growth disorders.

The position

As a Global HEOR Manager you will be involved in generating evidence to substantiate a strong support of the Payer Value Story with credible Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Patient Reported Outcomes messages, support the content development of the Core Value dossier for affiliates to have access to relevant Health Economics and Outcomes Research data and tools.
You will be supporting the affiliates with reimbursement, Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions, providing communication with regards to appropriate scientific evidence as e.g. abstracts, posters, peer-reviewed publications.
Additionally, you will have to analyse real world evidence to support the value and market access of key brands. Further you will be involved in study design, analytical plans, analyses and interpretation of research findings.

Qualifications

We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in appropriate field such as health economics or outcomes research, epidemiology or statistics/biostatistics
  • Documented training in health economics or outcomes research
  • Minimum of two-three years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within pharmaceutical industry or consultancy
  • Scientific publication track record (in peer-reviewed manuscripts) is preferable
