Student Assistant – Drone Project
We are lokking for at Student Assitant to assist us with our newly launched dron project – Vertical. Falck will make manned drones an integral part of its fire and emergency medical services before 2025. The technology is rapidly evolving, and the next phase will be to gain experience of how drones may be used in specific situations and adjust legislation to allow drones to become part of everyday life.
About the job
As a Student Assistant you will be an integral part of a small and dedicated team responsible for drone innovation activities. You will be involved in several projects in which we need your assistance with the following:
- Writing reports
- Communication of results and findings
- Fieldwork with drones might be part of the job as well (as an observer)
You will also be involved in HealthDrone - a three-year innovation project funded by Innovation Fund Denmark. The aim is to develop and test HealthDrones to transport patient samples, medicine and medical equipment between hospital units, medical practices and home-visiting nurses. In the long term, drones will also transport people, such as highly specialized doctors for emergency situations.
We a looking for a student in Economics & Business Administration or Political Science. We expect you to have studied for at least one year and have at least two years left of your current studies. In addition to this, we expect you to have:
- Experience working with PowerPoint
- Fluency in Danish and English both verbal and written
- Good communication skills
We do not expect you to have a technological flair or experience with drones, but it is not a disadvantage.
When joining our drone project “Vertical,” you will also be a part of our Bid & Commercial Excellence team. We are primarily located in our modern office facilities in Aarhus which will also be your place of work.
