The Novo Nordisk MARS Graduate programme has been designed to develop the next generation of specialists and leaders within drug development. You will have the opportunity to rotate every 8 months in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and in one of our global affiliates, such as Brazil, the US, Dubai or Switzerland.
Medical Affairs is tasked with managing relations both in Novo Nordisk worldwide as well as the external scientific and medical community through formulating publication and engagement plans, relaying clinical knowledge, and creating educational material
Regulatory Affairs secure the approval of new multi billion-dollar products and drug indications, making it possible for the company to bring innovative products to patients. We stand at the centre of project planning and execution from the earliest stages of drug development all the way through life-cycle management.
In our Safety department, we are the driving force in ensuring highest safety and lowest possible risk to the many patients worldwide that use our products. This skilled and advanced pharmacovigilance function monitors, detects, and assesses side effects globally.
What we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with:
- A recent Master’s or PhD degree in natural science, for example within pharmacy, chemical engineering, biology, biotechnology, biomedicine or a related field and above average academic achievements
- International experience
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
- A global mind-set, ability to adapt quickly to change and displaying agility
- Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
- Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
