The role

The person will be taking ownership of the existing clients across the EMEA region, being the responsible for creating a long-term relationship with them. Analyzing their recruitment goals and expectations and how their current partnership with Graduateland can help them achieve their recruitment goals for the year.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent Graduateland in the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain the portfolio of clients
  • Becoming a trusted advisor
  • Upselling and cross selling other products and services
  • Make sure the goals of the client are met

About You

  • Previous experience in Account Management for large Companies
  • Enjoys working towards tangible goals
  • Winning mindset
  • Professional level of English
