We are looking for a structured and pragmatic student management consultant to support BEC’s strategy function, Strategy & Performance.
You will get assigned to urgent tasks, and given that the position is part time, you are likely to experience prioritizations change as the nature of the work we carry out requires an iterative working style. Selected tasks:
- Turn ideas and sketches into slides with a clear storyline
- Participate in and document workshops
- Develop knowledge management and management tools
- Assistance with executive reporting
You will have weekly meetings with one or more team members, including the EVP of Strategy & Performance, where you will get introduced to your tasks and be introduced to their broader context. We imagine that you will be onsite on average 15 hours per week.
Strategy & Performance reports directly to the CEO. We cover corporate strategy, transformation, strategic business portfolio, business performance, and deliver executive support. The team consists of seven people with diverse backgrounds, including management consulting, business development and technology.
Our expectations to you
You are likely doing your master’s in a business-related field. You should be familiar with MS Office and have above average Powerpoint and visualization skills. You must be organized and like to get things done, and since you will be working in a dynamic environment where you report to multiple persons, you should have strong interpersonal skills. Experience from previous student positions is not required but will be an advantage, as you will be given tasks from day one.
