About the department
Moulding Production is a department producing more than 2 billion plastic components for our assembly department. Our focus is on the performance and quality in the production, but also projects and continuous improvements are a key task for our processes.
The team consist of highly engaged process engineers, technicians and administratives that are individually chosen for their expertise and experience from several years in production and quality areas. They strive to support each other, simplify by always being curious and empower by trusting each other in every task regarding decoration, robots, injections moulding machines and utility. An exciting part of our daily business is digitalization of our processes which is a key part of the master plan in our department.

The Position
As a Process Engineer you will support the local moulding production in Hillerød. You will be responsible for supporting the production regarding robots and decoration and continuous improve our processes for maximum output in the right quality. Furthermore, you will be handling projects locally and work closely together with our stakeholders working with the validation equipment for process automation and be responsible for ensuring validated state, GMP-compliance and readiness for inspection/audit.
Key success criteria will be to manage technical projects related to process improvements. You will drive or initiate continuous improvements or projects, to increase safety, quality, compliance, output, stability and digitalization.
Hence, a strong technical understanding of projects, being able to generate new ideas, providing through quality, compliance and development of processes and further support local production.
Qualifications
As a person you are ambitious, proactive and have the ability to interact with people at all levels in the organisation. You have a “can do” attitude and mindset which is a key part of working in our department.
You hold minimum a BSc. within relevant field of engineering and 2 years of relevant experience. Furthermore, you have experience within Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), knowledge of automation or printing processes and experience in project execution.
