For our Marketing & Communications team in Denmark we are looking for a bright student worker to help us create inspiring and engaging content for both talents as well as our own people. You will be part of a fun and energetic group of 6 people and you will work closely together with our Talent Brand Lead to strengthen our employer brand through diverse and relevant channels internally and externally.
Your key responsibilities will be
- To engage in and develop content for internal and external communication channels and projects, for both Denmark and Nordics.
- To create and develop relevant and engaging content for our Social Media channels and track the impact using analytics tools.
You will contribute on many levels – from acting as a co-coordinator in the strategic planning of some of our campaigns and activities to practical execution on a daily level. Most important is your genuine interest in how to create great content and engaging communications for in- and external talent.
With a high level of energy and proactive approach to things you find it easy to collaborate with many different stakeholders and you thrive in a diverse team of people. Great and fun ideas come natural to you and you love to get creative with things - yet you are well structured and you’re a natural planner.
About you and your skills
We are looking for a mature person with a broad and open outlook on life and work. You can work independently, like to take initiatives, and have a natural sense of responsibility. You thrive on working in an intense, deliverable-focused and hybrid environment.
A sincere passion for communications with excellent Danish & English writing skills is required and since you will be working within the field of communications, Social Media and branding, we expect you to be knowledgeable in communication in digital channels, trends, graphics and visuals that support the message and creates an impact. Your flair to use various online software tools or graphic programs will be a plus and as a minimum you know the basic programs in Office.
Education: Studying at a relevant business school or university. Minimum bachelor level, 3rd year or just started your Master’s studies
Location & Salary
Copenhagen, hourly payment, appr. 15 hours per week. Given the pandemic most of the work will have to happen from your home. We work in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key, and we make sure to plan your working schedule, so it fits with your studies and your life in general.
