Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in digital and/or offline brand advertising.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience running Marketing Mix Models
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity to synthesize customer actions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge in ad effectiveness and brand measurement ecosystem, with experience in at least one area of sales effectiveness, brand health/tracking or audience measurement.
  • Experience of local market research with excellent customer-facing, consultative, and communication expertise.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation/influencer skills.

As a Video Measurement Specialist, you have a strategic focus on helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement and attribution solutions to drive measurement maturity in the UK. You will possess deep product expertise in specific Google video measurement solutions, as well as third-party industry effectiveness and action on the insights produced. This includes diverse and evolving outcome measurement solutions across audience, brand health, and sales lift research.
You will utilize your understanding of industry practices, digital media trends, analytical abilities and their persuasive influencing skills to convince advertisers to take the necessary actions to properly determine brand, media customer value, and channel impact.
You have excellent knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling, combining domain knowledge with understanding of Google products and a view for the big picture for clients - to help measure and understand the value of marketing investments overall, and with Google specifically.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and activate a strategy for providing direct consultative video measurement support for our UK advertisers and the Sales teams who manage them
  • Drive adoption of high quality Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) with clients in the UK including improved Google data provision into MMMs and consultation on processes and results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of measurement solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions
  • Uncover measurement-related challenges, and develop bespoke solutions across stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage relationships with 3rd-party measurement vendors and agencies in coordination with our Sales teams and advertisers
