The Partnership Enablement team brings products, policies, and content strategies to market across all of Google’s partner-facing teams, driving awareness and adoption of our products across our partners and content creators. As part of the Partnership Enablement team, you’ll manage cross-functional, high-priority projects, including activations, trainings, opportunity and lead identification, tracking and reporting, customer relationship management enablement, and content strategy implementation.
The EMEA team is focused on driving operational excellence throughout the EMEA Partnerships organization as business owners for their verticals, driving business plan reviews, product activation plans, gathering best practices and sharing with global teams. We also lead and program-manage large-scale EMEA initiatives, and leverage deep industry expertise and analysis to drive the EMEA partner strategy. The EMEA Partnership Enablement Team is composed of three teams: Partnerships Go-to-Market, Creators and Music Solutions, and Media Co Solutions. As Family and Kids Lead, you will provide strategic, analytical, operational, and program management support to our Content Partnerships organization. You will work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across YouTube and Google to make the EMEA Partnerships team more effective and efficient. You will have a multidisciplinary skill-set, passion for media, and enjoy solving problems.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
