Your mission…

As Consumer & Market Insights Graduate, you will have an important supporting role for delivering market and consumer data and insights across our 4 divisions for Marketing teams, Business development and commercial teams. In this position you will have a broad responsibility and drive your own projects, working with both Market data and digital tools.The role reports to the Nordic Consumer & Market Insights Manager.
L’Oreal will further strengthen the focus on Market and consumer centricity, and we are therefore searching for a consumer-oriented profile for our organization in the Nordic countries.

You will...

  • Manage Market data (Nielsen data/client data.), maintain databases and update reports
  • Coordinate monthly corporate market reporting
  • Secure data quality and process together with divisions
  • Prepare relevant reports and ensure tools are available for the organization
  • Secure our digital research tools for social listening, and ongoing optimization and support for user teams
  • Drive your own projects for digital analysis

Your profile...

  • You have graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, International Business or similar within a year
  • You have experience from a similar role or experience in working with data/insights from a marketing or category department
  • You have an analytical mindset and like to process data
  • You are autonomous and can drive your own projects from end to end
  • You have a detail oriented and systematic way of working
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills and knows how to navigate with a lot of stakeholders
  • You are an experienced Excel user
  • You are fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages
  • Experience with SoMe / digital tools is an advantage

We are looking for the Consumer & Market Insights Graduate to start as soon as possible. The employment is fixed-term until end of July 2022.
