Job Summary

KGG offers a unique opportunity to deep dive into the world of life sciences by connecting you with a wide range of companies ranging from pharmaceuticals to research organization.

As an Analyst, you will be part of shaping the foundation for our continued success. In this role, you will be responsible for the following core aspects:

Expert Management

  • Manage the onboarding and implementation process of new experts and be their dedicated customer success manager in the period after joining the platform
  • Be the voice of the expert internally, by gathering and understanding our experts feedback and utilizing it to improve our product and the client experience
  • Help with quick customer support to our experts questions via email, chat and phone
  • Full-cycle recriting - sourcing leads, performing various types of outreach and pitching KGG's business model to bring new experts into our network
  • Getting insights into the coolest projects the scientific scene has to offer and working closely with pioneers in the industry

About You

  • Experience with recruitment is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Ability to communicate confidently with peers, management and across departments
  • A mastery of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero.
