We are looking for a full-time Graduate to join the Nordic Accident & Health team with base in Denmark or Sweden. The team covers responsibility for all size of clients from SME facilities to multinational accounts in a Nordic underwriting team of 15 employees and you will play an important role in terms of managing day to day operation of Danish clients.

Accident & Health products include Business Travel Accident Insurance, Expatriate Insurance, General Personal Accident Insurance, payment protection and Individual Travel Insurance. In addition a number of Supplemental Health products including cancer, critical illness, broken bones and hospital cash insurances.
The role reports directly to Group Product Manager, Accident & Health, Nordics.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor or similar with excellent records in Economics Studies, Business Administration or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of working experience
  • Plus to have experience from an insurance underwriting department - e.g. as a student worker or early junior underwriter
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum basic Excel skills
  • Danish & English.

Preferred:
AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to the insurance industry.
The ideal candidates will be bold thinkers with an entrepreneurial bent and will possess a powerful blend of IQ (technical skills, consistent learning, statistical & financial acumen) and EQ (adaptive communication, empathy, listening skills, challenging with humility).
Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a record of successful teamwork.
