Legal & Compliance
  • Assistance to Legal & Compliance Director with legal & compliance agenda
  • Contribution to implementation and monitoring of Porsche Group Directives
  • Monitoring and control of use of Business Partner Check tool
  • General support to co-workers with legal & compliance matters
  • Participation in compliance reporting activities
  • Implementation and monitoring of measures to be adopted with respect to compliance in specific areas (such as e.g., human rights, anti-corruption, AML, etc.)
  • Participation in providing internal legal & compliance trainings
  • Participation in preparing presentations (e.g., for Directors' Meetings, Shareholders' Committee, etc.).

Data Protection & Data Privacy
  • Responsibility for data protection and data privacy agenda
  • Maintenance and monitoring of an internal data privacy platform (inter-departmental platform One Trust used for management of processing activities)
  • Supporting PCEE as regards cooperation with vendors/data processors in EU as well as third countries
  • Drafting agreements and other documents relating to the data protection area
  • General assistance to co-workers with data protection and data privacy aspects of their agenda or projects (e.g., new projects with data protection implications, data protection compliance during marketing events, etc.)
  • Participation in providing internal data protection trainings


  • University degree in law from a Czech university
  • Excellent written and spoken Czech and English and ability to comment on legal and compliance documents (e.g., contracts) in Czech and English. German as second foreign language is desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience from a law firm or as a member of an inhouse legal team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
