  • 有效执行年度销售策略及区域销售计划
  • 维护现有渠道的同时开发新的渠道及客户;扩大品牌及公司影响力,确保业绩持续增长;
  • 做好客户与公司之间的沟通和管理工作,按进度完成年度销售目标;
  • 了解经销商工程项目的储备情况,指导经销商开发新的业务机会;
  • 持续开发新的经销商/项目;
  • 处理经销商采购订单,跟踪应收账款,协调售后服务事宜;
  • 按时完成销售预测,并定时对销售数据进行分析;

  • 本科及以上学历,3 年以上建材行业的工程销售经验 ,具有工程渠道客户开发、维护与管理的工作经验者优先;
  • 熟悉工程项目销售、招投标流程者优先考虑;熟悉门控五金,防火门行业者优先;
  • 以销售结果为导向,工作重点明确,有计划开展工作并控制结果;
  • 具有诚信、负责和吃苦耐劳的品质,有较强的创造力和自我激励,抗压力和适应力强;
  • 良好的沟通、谈判能力及亲和力;
