The Teva Early Graduates Program

The Teva Graduates Program is designed for recent Master's graduates who seek to participate in a two year rotational program including cross-functional work, to gain a deep understanding of Teva, the different business units, strategy and values. As a participant you will be able to accelerate your professional development through challenging and enriching experiences and build a strong international network to support your progress and growth. By the end of the program, you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on key positions within Teva in the future. 

To be selected for this program you will need to demonstrate a high level of initiative, strong leadership ability, high learning agility and excellent communication skills (verbal and written English). This is an opportunity to work in a highly complex, global work environment alongside passionate professionals helping 200 million people a day live better lives.

 

What does the program look like?

The Global Graduates program is a two-year journey in which you will complete three rotational assignments of 6-8 months of hands-on experience at different Business Units. Two assignments will be led within the same region and third assignment in a different region. During each rotation, you will undertake assignments/projects in a specific business unit.

Between assignments, you will meet virtually as a global community and go through development modules aimed to upskill business and leadership capabilities to support performance. Each participant will have a mentor to guide them during the program. The Program will start in Sep 2023 with a condensed onboarding process (locally and globally) which will be followed by confirmation of the 1st assignment within the business unit.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Master's degree required

  • Undergraduate degree in the following fields preferred:  Business, Science, Engineering, Marketing or supply chain/logistics

  • Excellent academic background

  • Prior work experience of a minimum of 1 year 

  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently

  • Developed analytical skills and problem-solving skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation

  • Strong work ethic and ability to think strategically, independently and creatively

  • Self-motivated; proactive, seeks opportunities for self-improvement and have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Setting priorities, establishing objectives and milestones, identifying and allocating resources appropriately

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • A careful listener and accomplished at influencing others

  • Strong in communication and project management 

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)

  • Global mindset and openness to travel

 

Travel requirements

One out of the three assignments will be in a different region (Parsippany for NA, ULM-Germany for EU, Tel-Aviv-Israel for International Market). Mobility is required, subject to the employee being legally entitled to work in the relevant country.
