Welcome to Global Operations
You’ll be part of the Assistants team in Global Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will make sure that the day-to-day activities run smoothly for the leadership team. Moreover, you’ll also ensure that all the yearly processes are handled. As a team, we strive to foster an open working environment, where everybody has a say in conversations and decisions. We believe in being honest, caring, curious and perseverant.
You’ll play an important role in:
- managing calendars, travels, and expenses
- ensuring office management and internal communication
- onboarding new employees
- providing administrative support to management and employees in Global Operations
- planning events.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience from a similar role in a global company
- have excellent English and Danish communication skills
- thrive working in a fast-paced environment, where the ability to prioritise is key
- are able to work independently and take responsibility for your own actions and assignments
- contribute to initiatives and projects and follow up on action points.
