Position overview: for our local HR team, we’re looking for an HR Generalist (fixed-term contract) to support HR and admin activities. The person will be responsible to manage employee life cycle (definition of contract, onboarding, support and assistance in daily requests, etc.) while supporting senior HR managers on specific projects.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries, ensuring employees receive adequate support
  • Being actively involved in proposing and implementing the action plan for promoting a climate of employee engagement and inclusion
  • Being responsible to organize and manage onboarding activities for all new joiners
  • Supporting HR leaders with drafting of organizational communications
  • Monitoring employee’s presence in the office (through local portals)
  • Assisting in the hiring process and support payroll activities
  • Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics


  • MSc preferably in Economics, Law or Humanities. A Master in Human Resources is highly desirable
  • Previous experience (1 years) in a HR Generalist/ HR Admin role within complex multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Good communication & influencing skills
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
  • Proven can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and be multi-tasking
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Contract: fixed-term contract – hybrid
